Live for the present moment. We can only control today, not the past or the future, only today. Make today about whats important to you.

Whats important to you?

It may be family, spend time with them, speak to them. It may be relationships, nurture them. It may be recreation, immerse yourself into a hobby, or even try out a new one. It may be your health, invest in your health, its your wealth; eat healthy, exercise, self care. It may be community, connect with others, be part of something bigger. It may be spirituality, feel that spiritual connection. It may be something unique thats important to you, for what we value is different for us all, which is really interesting.
In clinic, I cherish being able to  hear people talk about whats important to them; observing body language, there is often a smile as the person talks. Therefore, with the smile in mind, its important to do more of what makes us smile, try to make our actions in line with whats important to us.
